    Describe the process

    Describe the input, task and desired result. After applying, send 3 to 5 real sample documents by replying to the confirmation email; redacted examples are welcome.

  2. 02

    Build one scoped workflow

    We agree a success criterion and spend at most one build day. The clickable prototype is shown in our demo environment within 7 to 10 days.

  3. 03

    Review together

    We review the flow with your examples in 30 minutes. A production project then needs its own scope and quote.

No passwords or system access. Agreed personal data fields are tokenised before AI processing; sample data is deleted no later than 30 days after the demo.

Frequently asked questions

What is the catch?
We spend at most one development day per prototype and limit availability. Delivered prototypes can become anonymised reference cases only with your approval, and some become paid projects. That is our marketing model.
Who owns the prototype?
Until a paid engagement, the prototype and code belong to EverDigital. It runs in our demo environment without code handover. Follow-on quotes specify handover, usage rights and operations.
What happens to our data?
Sample documents pass through our Privacy Gateway: names, emails and other personal data are tokenised before AI sees them. After the demo, samples are deleted immediately on request or within 30 days. Details are in the confidentiality and data processing agreement available here as a PDF.
Is there a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Our confidentiality and data processing agreement under Art. 9 FADP / Art. 28 GDPR covers business and personal data, names subprocessors and defines deletion. It is available here, pre-signed by us, and accepted by sending your sample documents. A countersigned copy is available on request.
We do not use Bexio. Is that a problem?
Bexio and Abacus fit the prototype programme directly. For other systems, start with a free 20-minute automation check to assess suitability. MCP connects AI to many ERP and CRM systems.
Can we prototype something larger, such as an app or webshop?
Yes. For an app, webshop, B2B portal or cloud environment, we prototype one clickable core flow using sample data. It shows how the product feels before investment. If convincing, we assess what production needs next.
Why require a UID and business email?
This is an application with limited places, reviewed manually. UID and business address help verify applicants. Private addresses such as Gmail cannot be considered.
