Frequently asked questions
Does this work with my ERP?
Bexio and Abacus are directly supported. SAP Business One, Dynamics, proAlpha and others require interface scoping. API or database access is necessary; suitability is checked in the initial call.
What if AI misinterprets something?
Uncertain cases are escalated for human review rather than completed automatically. The pilot measures preparation success by document type; no universal rate is promised.
What does maintenance cost?
Optional maintenance is CHF 150–300/module/month, including monitoring, models, interface updates and reports. You receive code and documentation and may maintain independently.
Is our data secure with you?
Swiss/EU infrastructure, field filtering and pseudonymisation are available. Providers, plans, training use, regions, access, deletion and contracts are documented. Compliance assessment depends on actual flow and purpose.
What if delivery takes longer than 5–10 working days?
We absorb our estimation overrun and retain the fixed price. Delays in your agreed access, inbox or data provision extend the timeline and are documented.
Can we start with one module and expand?
Yes. Start with the strongest bottleneck. Adding a second module later credits the bundle discount retrospectively.
What about existing Excel and email workflows?
They can remain during the pilot. Autopilot reads agreed orders; copilot prepares controlled drafts. Afterwards, changes follow evidence on errors, effort and responsibility.
