Engineering profiles
Frontend, backend, full-stack or DevOps: we match your requirements to the proposed developer profile. You review practical experience and technical depth with the developer in a technical conversation.
Technologies depend on the profile and project. This selection covers possible assignments; we confirm the specific combination and availability before the start.
Tech stack, responsibilities, hours and preferred start date. We review the architecture and team structure.
Discuss project experience, code and collaboration directly with the proposed developer.
Onboard into your repositories, tickets and CI/CD. Agree on access, reviews and acceptance criteria.
Time tracked per task, regular check-ins and a clear record of the work delivered.
SaaS platforms, headless commerce and API integrations from projects we have delivered. You also meet the proposed developer personally.
Development takes place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with EverDigital coordinating the collaboration from Switzerland. This model forms the basis of the rate. You review the profile and project experience in a technical conversation. Code reviews and tests are part of development here too. Platform operations and SLA availability require a separate agreement.
CHF 85 per hour excl. VAT applies to the agreed senior development capacity. Development, reviews, testing and project communication are recorded as time worked. We agree in writing on the hourly budget, activities and billing schedule before starting. Additional services require a separate agreement.
Your product owner or technical lead prioritises tasks and accepts the work. The developer follows your delivery process. EverDigital coordinates the profile, engagement and collaboration. Your organisation remains responsible for operations and release approval. If you want us to also take on agreed operational responsibility and response times, choose the technical partner retainer.
You can request either. We review the scope, onboarding effort and available capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a developer. We agree on the committed hours and start date together.
Where possible, we work in your repositories with individual user access. We agree on permissions, confidentiality, documentation and code handover in advance. Your review, test and approval processes apply to our work as well.
