Delivered headless shop · Samenvoordelig

Product discovery to payment as one system

Samenvoordelig was built from the ground up as a headless shop. Frontend, commerce logic, fulfilment and purchase measurement are separate layers connected through a documented customer journey.

What this evidence demonstrates

Architecture, customer journey and measurement are documented in the project. The tracking audit describes the implementation verified in August 2026.

Working together

How the project works

From a clear goal to a result you can verify.

  1. 01

    Discovery and ecommerce planning

Clarify audiences, range, countries, ordering rules, content, handovers and goals. Existing shops also receive a URL, data and integration inventory.

  2. 02

    UX, architecture and scope

Wireframes and system boundaries show frontend, backend, payment and operations. Document assumptions, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance before building.

  3. 03

    Build and integrations

We develop in stages you can review and test with realistic product, customer and order data. Accessibility of content, tracking, exceptions and editorial workflows are reviewed alongside design and checkout.

  4. 04

    Migration, launch and monitoring

Test redirects, payments, transactional email, analytics and ERP handover before launch. Then monitor indexing, errors and agreed commerce events.

Frequently asked questions

How does an EverDigital webshop project start?
Discovery covers business model, range, customer journey, product data, integrations and operations. It produces a clear scope, assumptions, boundaries and acceptance criteria, making deliverables and dependencies transparent before building.
Which ecommerce platform do you recommend?
The platform follows your business model. Range, countries, checkout, editorial work, integrations, internal expertise and operating costs determine whether a standard platform, headless frontend or custom commerce layer fits. Decisions and ongoing costs are documented in the architecture.
How does this differ from a B2B webshop with ERP integration?
This ecommerce service is the starting point for B2C, D2C and smaller B2B shops: planning, UX, shop development, payments and integrations. The B2B ecommerce service focuses on customer-specific pricing, catalogues, order quantities, customer portals, configurators and live ERP logic. Each requirement has a clear starting point.
Can you connect Bexio, Abacus or another ERP?
Yes, where sources provide the required data and interfaces. We define the leading system for products, stock, prices, customers and orders. Bexio preferably uses OAuth 2.0 and official endpoints; extensive B2B logic receives its own integration and monitoring plan.
Which Swiss payment methods can you integrate?
Depending on shop and provider, checkout may include TWINT, cards, PostFinance, invoices and QR invoices. We assess fees, settlements, refunds, countries and support before selecting a provider. Availability depends on contract and provider approval.
Is headless commerce always best?
No. Headless fits when performance, custom experience or multiple sources justify additional architecture. A standard shop may be more economical for a simple catalogue and checkout. We recommend headless only when benefits justify build and operating costs.
How do existing links keep working when we migrate shops?
Before launch, inventory indexed URLs, page types, metadata, links and search performance. Map old URLs with 301 redirects, retain key content and test canonicals and sitemap. After launch, monitor indexing, 404s and Core Web Vitals.
How long does webshop development take?
Reliable duration follows discovery. Page types, product data, approvals, checkout, migration, ERP tests and content determine the critical path. Plans specify milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
