    We start with a specific task and check what Abacus already covers. The agent helps where your team currently searches, copies data or moves between systems.

    We check the data and permissions needed in a test tenant. The prototype makes exceptions and missing information visible.

    You review proposals and approve changes. After testing together, we agree which steps may run automatically in daily use.

Before your first agent

What can I use today?

The Quote & Order Assistant is available as an interactive demo. Quote creation, follow-up orders, invoice creation and customer queries have been tested in an Abacus V2026 test tenant. The five additional agents are concepts for future projects.

Does the demo work with every Abacus tenant?

We assess each installation separately. Version, enabled modules, API permissions and configured document workflows determine which actions are possible. Access to the test tenant does not replace this assessment.

How do the agents complement existing Abacus features?

Abacus already offers automation and its own AI features. We first assess what is available. Our agents connect individual workflows, inboxes and other systems with the relevant Abacus data.

What happens to my customer data?

The demo uses fictional customer data. For production use, we define which data the agent may read and pass to the AI model, who approves actions and how access is logged.
